Step 1: Visit the official website of the Exam Regulatory Authority.

Step 2: Click on the UPTET 2019 link.

Step 3: Click on the link available for registered user login.

Step 4: Click on the forgot application number link.

Step 5: Enter all your details which is asked such as name, date of birth, mobile number & email ID.

Step 6: Then Click on the Submit button. The registration number will be sent again to the registered email ID and or mobile number.

What to Carry along with UPTET Admit Card 2019

The admit card for the UPTET exam is a mandatory document that will be carried to the exam center on the day of the exam. No candidate is allowed to appear for the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) if he/she is not carrying the admit card with themselves to their allotted test center on the day of the examinations.

Along with the UPTET admit card candidates are also advised to carry 2 passport-size photographs and a valid photo ID proof to their exam center. candidates can consider carrying any one photo ID proof from the list mentioned below:
